Albook extended for tuneupby ~StopDreaming

Update: A friend of mine, RonCB ([link]) has signaled that .bmp were shown with .png icon, this mistake has been corrected. "Application" icon has been replaced too.

A simple port of my Albook extended icon set ([link]) for tuneup styler 2.

Suits very well with greyscaled VS like Sweatyfish's Vega ([link]), dynacord's fleur de lys ([link]), HUD Windowblinds ([link]) from Nardoxic, ProjectX 2 ([link]) by Sweatyfish, or Ivaderjohn's Tansblack v1 ([link])
